I make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone attending my clinics. However I am aware that things can sometimes go wrong resulting in someone feeling that they have a genuine cause for concern. If you should have a concern or a complaint I would appreciate it if you could let me know about this directly at the time or as soon as possible. I would normally want to resolve any such difficulties as quickly and as amicably as possible. If it is not possible to reach a resolution we can then discuss options for taking a complaint further.
